This CLE will provide an in-depth overview on the history of drones and drone regulations. A panel will discuss how federal agencies, law enforcement and industry work through federal and state laws and compliance matters to use drones in their fields. A discussion on current Idaho law will take place as well as a survey of Fourth Amendment issues regarding the technology.
