Former Family Law Section Governing Council member and experienced family law attorney, John T. Schroeder of Schroeder Lezamiz, will discuss divorce cases that require legal representation - from inital client interview to final judgment. Mr. Schroeder will review the necessary forms and detail best practices in preparation of the paperwork.
