*Registration of multiple viewers or attendees with one registration entry is not allowed. If you are registering multiple people for a program please create an account and register each person separately.

Six short presentations will explore and provide practical approaches to specific situations where two or more rules govern the disclosure of the same public information. We will discuss balancing these intersections and resolving conflicts between the Idaho Public Records Act, Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct, Open Meeting Law, Rules of Evidence, Discovery Rules, public purchasing laws, and federal laws. This CLE is for lawyers who represent or deal with state, county, or city government agencies in transactions or litigation where public records or public information come into play.
