Join Ada County Magistrate Judge Christopher M. Bieter and attorney Louis L. Uranga, of Uranga & Uranga, as they discuss the basics of handling a probate case. Judge Bieter and Mr. Uranga will review the forms and pleadings used in a probate matter. Participants will gain an understanding of the timeline required in moving a probate case through the process and how to handle a small estate vs. a regular estate and when informal or formal probate is required. They will also cover how a case is handled once the matter is commenced in probate court. The program will conclude with an overview of closing the estate.
