More and more attorneys are using social media sites in their private lives if not related to the practice of law. Use of Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, MySpace, and blogs can result in violations of rules of ethics if one is not careful about the content posted, who is friended on those sites, and who has access to those sites. Ethical issues on social media sites is the focus of this CLE.
