Our distinguished panel of  "Masters"  for 2009 are: Senior Judge Lowell Castleton, Timothy Hopkins and Merlyn Clark. Judge Castleton will talk about his career experience in the areas of elder law and handling guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Timothy Hopkins' presentation will cover his tips and best practices for writing effective briefs. Finally, Merlyn Clark will talk about the Willow Creek case from the 1970's.
