This seminar will provide an overview of trademark law for the non-intellectual property lawyer and will describe key issues that the generalist may face regarding trademark law including the creation of trademarks,licensing considerations, litigating trademark infringements, and international trademark considerations. The seminar will also address the relationship between domain names and trademarks as well as practical tips for dealing with trademark abuse over the Internet.
