Duke Law Professor Neil Siegel will review and analyze 2007-2008 U.S. Supreme Court decisions. This program, offered in conjunction with the Idaho Judicial Conference, will be an interesting and informative view of recent high court decisions. Professor Siegel has special insight into the workings of the U.S. Supreme Court having clerked for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in 2003 and serving as Special Counsel to Senator Joseph Biden during the confirmation hearings of John G. Roberts and Samuel A. Alito. Professor Siegel teaches in the areas of constitutional law and federal courts.
