This CLE is designed for attorneys who may practice in Indian Country, or who have clients that interact with Indian Tribes or conduct business on an Indian reservation.  The CLE will briefly introduce attorneys to the concept of Indian Country and Indian sovereignty, and will discuss the state of some important aspects of federal Indian law.  The speakers will cover topics from the perspective of private practitioners, Tribal attorneys, and the Idaho Attorney General’s Office.
