In honor of Veteran’s Day, Maj. Stephen A. Stokes, Staff Judge Advocate for the Idaho National Guard, will share his insight into the unique needs of Idaho's Military Population and the ways in which Idaho's attorneys can best serve that population.  The program will focus on issues such as the barriers to legal services, legal needs of the veteran population, legal issues that arise in military family law cases, and federal statutes that impact servicemembers' rights such as the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act.
