Mr. Bauer will give attendees insight on forms, process and procedure for establishing child support for your client’s child or children.  Mr. Bauer will also outline the options and related steps when enforcement of an existing order is necessary. 

 

Ms. Elison will provide a behind the scenes look of what happens from the Department’s perspective from initial establishment to enforcement of child support orders, the enforcement remedies available to the Department, the necessary enforcement language needed in orders, and verbiage that creates barriers for the agency to enforce.
