This is the fifth part of a series of free CLE’s offered by the Fourth District Bar to help Idaho lawyers address issues related to the pandemic.  

Brian P. Kane, Office of the Idaho Attorney General, will review the laws on elections and voting in Idaho and share his views on specific legal issues surrounding elections and voting in the 2020 election in the midst of a global pandemic.
