You convinced the judge to order the other party to pay your client, now what?  Learn how to collect the money or property owed.  This seminar will provide a general overview of the judgment collection process from pre-judgment planning to collections litigation.  Kimbell Gourley (Trout Jones Gledhill Fuhrman Gourley, PA) will also discuss how to enforce the judgment – including foreign judgments – through the various post judgment collection avenues.  Finally, Mr. Gourley will cover related bankruptcy issues that may arise in the collection process.
