As a swan song before he enters retirement, David L. Metcalf, Senior Staff Attorney for the US District Courts, District of Idaho will present a his research on the history of the federal courts in Idaho.

In this rambling lecture Dave will drone on and on about his four decades with the Idaho Federal District Court.   Stories will be told, some true.  No fact checkers, please.  Mercifully, and by demand, it will end after an hour.
