The finest trial lawyers and judges in Idaho are available to assist you in the development of trial skills to be used throughout your career. Take this opportunity to train - or retrain- yourself under the tutelage of experienced trial attorneys with whom you may practice and receive pointers on your litigation performance.
This seminar does not have lectures. Instead, mentors provide examples of effective trial practice, and work directly with you to develop the skill. Topics of interest will include voir dire, trial motions, opening statements, witness examination (direct and cross), authenticating exhibits, making objections, and closing arguments.
Additional information will be mailed to participants prior to the seminar. Course is limited to 64 participants - once the 64 spots are filled, prospective participants will be placed on a waiting list. It is suggested that if you wish to register, you should do so as soon as possible. Registration deadline is February 15, 2013.
