The legalization of marijuana in the state of Washington is expected to produce $8 billion in tax revenue over the next five years. Communities bordering Washington will be affected by this enacted legislation. The presenters will share concerns from the criminal justice system in Idaho and discuss federal regulations in store by the FDIC, FDA and DEA. Aspects of criminal law, business law, agriculture law and banking law will be discussed.
