Join the Hon. David W. Gratton (Idaho Court of Appeals), Hon. Michael J. Oths (Ada County Magistrate Court), and Hon. Lynnette L. McHenry (Ada County Magistrate Court) as they provide their perspectives regarding ethical and professionalism matters at various judicial levels. Judge Gratton will cover the Appellate Court; Judge Oths will review the Local Courts as well as provide his observations for the bench; and Judge McHenry will speak regarding Specialty Court, as well as being a newer member of the judiciary. MARIJUANA? BORDER CONTROL!
The Legalization of marijuana in the state of Washington is expected to produce $8 billion in tax revenue over the next five years. Communities bordering Washington will be affected by this enacted legislation. The presenters will share concerns from the criminal justice system in Idaho and discuss federal regulations in store by the FDIC, FDA and DEA.
