Presented by the Business and Corporate Law Section
The Business & Corporate Law Section is thrilled to present its 2014 Annual CLE Balancing Precision & Flexibility: Advanced Contracting Techniques. The program is focused on challenges faced by transactional attorneys from capturing deal objectives in agreements to drafting corporate documents. We are fortunate to have nationally recognized and locally esteemed attorneys join us to share their many years of transactional experience.
We are honored to present Charles Fox, a former partner with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, as this year's keynote speaker. Mr. Fox is a leading provider of practical, hands-on, interactive trainings for transactional attorneys. His workshops are offered nationwide and clients include Latham & Watkins LLP, Kaye Scholer LLP, Verizon Wireless, and Moody's Investors Service Inc. His trainings are designed to enhance the practical drafting skills of both experienced and junior attorneys.
We are also fortunate to have David Jensen, Christine Nicholas and Kirk Houston from Moffatt Thomas Barrett Rock & Fields, Chtd. joining us to share their expertise in drafting entity documents, resolutions and minutes. And back by popular demand, Wendy Gerwick Couture, an Associate Professor with the University of Idaho College of Law, will be presenting her annual review of the top ten business law cases.
Watch this CLE for these expert sessions designed specifically for transactional attorneys.
