Join the Environment & Natural Resources Law Section, with the University of Idaho College of Law, for three panels of discussion on litigation and collaboration with government. The first panel will provide practical tips and advice for navigating through the lifecycle of a lawsuit involving government. The second panel will contrast the litigation setting with the realities of collaborative efforts with government. The final panel will discuss ethical issues that arise when litigating and collaborating with government.
