At this point in its Term, the U.S. Supreme Court has already issued many decisions addressing important issues of federal law. University of Idaho College of Law Professor and Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs Richard Seamon in his presentation U.S. Supreme Court Decision on Federal Law will discuss the decisions that attorneys who practice in the federal courts will want to know about.
