Join two of Idaho's most intrepid Idaho election law junkies, Brian Kane and Phil McGrane, as they take us behind the scenes to show us what really happens during an election and discuss the most common election questions that arise each year. This CLE is a must for anyone involved in Idaho's elections, anyone with an interest in Idaho's elections, and anyone who votes. So really, this CLE is for everyone. Session #1, Ten Most Common Election Questions and Suggested Answers, will provide participants with an overview of the questions that most commonly arise in every election along with the answers to those questions and the relevant law. Session #2, Insights from an Elections Junkie: What Really Happens in an Election, will take a look behind the scenes of an election to provide attorneys with a closer look at what really happens during an election as opposed to the public's perception. If you're ever involved in an election, this should help you better understand where and where not to look if you want to ensure things are being done right. Finally, Session #3, Election Question Grab Bag, will open to the attendees to ask questions about Idaho's election law, issues that may have been overlooked, and generally test the subject matter expertise of the presenters.
