Join the Professionalism & Ethics Section of the Idaho State Bar in welcoming the Hon. Michael Reardon to its annual ethics CLE. Judge Reardon has presided over a variety of problem-solving courts in the Fourth Judicial District Court. He will discuss the unique ethical challenges in these courts for both judges and attorneys, including ex parte communication, confidentiality, and client counseling and advocacy. Problem-solving courts call for clear boundaries and roles in order to preserve the integrity of the process. The discussion will include relevant sections of the Idaho Code of Judicial Conduct and the Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct.
