Bob Aldridge of Robert L. Aldridge, Chtd. will discuss the basics of handling a probate case and will review the forms used in a probate matter. Participants will gain an understanding of the timeline required in moving a probate case through the process and how to handle a small estate vs. a regular estate and when informal or formal probate is required. Also covered is how a case is handled once the matter is commenced in probate court. The program will conclude with an overview of closing the estate.
