Bryan A. Nickels, Scanlan Griffith Aldridge & Nickels will discuss how practioners should approach interpretation of Idaho statutes that are rooted in the earliest days of Idaho's statehood, and even earlier.  Topics will include key canons of construction, the uses and limitation of corpus linguistics, and other interpretive tools.
