Stephen Adams, Gjording Fouser, PLLC and Benjamin McGreevy, Idaho State Appellate Public Defender's Office, will introduce participates to the state appellate rules and discuss the state appellate process from both the the civil and criminal point of view and provide pointers that the presenters have identified in their appellate practices.
