How do I create an account? If you don't already have an ISB account, you'll need to create one here: https://isb.peachnewmedia.com/store/account/account-create-info2.php. Be sure to remember the email used and password created.
How do I sign in? Click on Login in the green navigation section or go here: https://isb.peachnewmedia.com/store/account/acct-login.php and enter your email address and password.
How do I reset my password? If you don't remember your password, click on "I don't know my password" and enter your email address used for your ISB account.
How do I get a refund? Refunds are available before live CLE programs begin or anytime for on-demand programs. If a program has already begun or is over, access to the recorded on-demand CLE will be given in place of a refund. Contact our learning provider, Freestone to get your refund processed, you can use the chat function or email them through their contact page 1-866-702-3278.
