LENGTH: 2 hrs.

Sponsored by the Idaho Law Foundation, Inc.

Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and, queer or questioning (LGBTQ) rights and #MeToo is the modern day civil rights movement. The rights of LGBTQ Idahoans in the family and employment law contexts have changed profoundly as a result of recent court filings. As an Idaho attorney, are you trained to meet your professional and ethical obligations to LGBTQ clients? Do you know how to advise your clients as they address LGBTQ issues in the family law and employment law contexts? Why is sexual harassment such a prevalent issue in today’s headlines when the law has been settled for decades?

Presented at the 2018 ISB Annual Meeting in Sun Valley.
