Brown, May, Rammell & Wells, Chtd., will discuss service of process and foreclosure on reservations, ICWA, Tribal, State and Federal Jurisdiction and whether the U.S.Constitution applies in Indian Country. During the second portion of the program, William F. Brown, counsel to Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, will discuss the Supreme Court’s latest decision regarding treaty hunting rights for Indians in Herrera v. Wyoming.
