Idaho Legal Aid Services attorneys Sunrise Ayres, Drew Dickerson, Martin Hendrickson and Jake Workman will prepare attorneys to help vulnerable tenants defend unlawful detainer actions. The attorneys will discuss the relevant statutes, potential defenses, illegal evictions/lockouts, and provide the practice tips they have learned on the frontlines of pandemic evictions.
