Join the Idaho State Bar Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section for a four-part series on the basics of handling a bankruptcy case.  The goal of this series is to give attorneys who have considered practicing in this area a law a knowledge base to start from.

The first part of the series will be presented by Patrick J. Geile, Foley Freeman, PLLC and Jeffrey H. Andrews, Jeff Andrews, PC.  They will focus on definitions and how to handle a client consultation including alternatives to bankruptcy, evaluating client qualifications for bankruptcy, types of bankruptcy cases, and major laws and rules practitioners should know to begin a case.
