This CLE provides information and training for the opportunity to volunteer as a pro bono advisor in Title IX investigations and hearings at select Idaho universities.
This CLE discusses the background on the case law surrounding the Title IX Education Amendments of 1972 and the changes that came with the new Title IX 2020 regulations. This training provides the first step to serve as an advisor in a university Title IX investigation on behalf of a university student or employee and is a great beginning to enhance your cross-examination skills while serving in a volunteer capacity.
This course is offered free of charge with the understanding that you may be asked to serve as an advisor in the future on a pro bono basis through an Idaho university.
