Justice Brody, chair of the Idaho Pro Bono Commission, discusses the necessity of pro bono services in Idaho, the ethical obligations of the bar, the opportunities available and how the Modest Means program fulfills access to justice for underserved Idahoans.

Mr. Sturgell talks about the Idaho State Bar Modest Means Program, how the program works, the benefits to our under-privileged communities and how attorneys can become involved.
