Professors Jodi A. Nafzger, College of Idaho and Benjamin P. Cover, University of Idaho College of Law, will explore the results of the “Climate of the Legal Profession in Idaho” study that was conducted in July 2020 by the Idaho State Bar Professionalism and Ethics Section.  The study looked at the prevalence of harassment, discrimination and bullying in the legal profession.   They will then be joined by Dwight Edwards, Reach New Heights, LLC, who will discuss how a person’s unconscious bias can impact their decisions and actions both personally and professionally.  Together the panel will discuss how the legal profession can improve the inclusivity for all members, our clients, and our communities.

** In-Person Attendance - You MUST pre-register to attend in person events as there will be a limited number of spots available that will be on a first come, first serve basis.  All in-person events will require attendees to follow the COVID protocols required by the Boise Centre in place at that time.
