Covid Return to Work Considerations for Idaho Law Firms

Sponsored by the Fourth District Bar Association

Wednesday, June 16, 2021

Length: Approx. 1 hour

FREE

1.0 CLE – NAC Approved

Many Idaho law firms that adopted remote work strategies during the pandemic are returning to an in-office work model.  This raises several issues such as how to address the concerns of vaccinated versus vaccine hesitant employees, steps to take with unvaccinated clients, best practices moving forward (including the most recent EEOC/CDC/OSHA guidance), and concerns regarding at-risk employees and clients.  Benjamin Cramer of Idaho Employment Lawyers advises Idaho law firms on the considerations for law firms to get back to the office in a safe and responsible manner.

The Fourth District Bar Association invites all members of the Idaho State Bar to join in this informative CLE at no cost.
