Please join the Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program and Idaho Legal Aid Services for Case Studies in Elder Law: Ethical Issues and Best Practices. Elder law attorney Corey McCool will present various case studies raising ethical issues related to representing elderly clients who may have capacity issues, best practices for crafting powers of attorney to prevent abuse, and practical challenges in protecting the elderly from abuse when they are dependent on the abuser.
