Join the Idaho State Bar Professionalism and Ethics Section for a discussion on ethical issues surrounding harassment, discrimination and bullying in the legal profession. Attorneys Terri Pickens Manweiler and Abigail M. McCleery of Pickens Law, P.A. will discuss the results of the 2020 Climate of the Legal Profession in Idaho Report that was sponsored by the Section. They will compare Idaho’s results with a national survey and the Still Broken: Sexual Harassment and Misconduct in the Legal Profession report. They will also briefly discuss how discrimination and harassment financially impact the victims and end the session with a discussion of the Rule 8.4(g) Resolution that the Section has proposed.
