Veterans with less other than an honorable discharge have difficulty finding meaningful employment and accessing housing and other necessary benefits.  The discharge upgrade process can help remove some of these barriers.  Join the Young Lawyers Section and Margaret R. Kuzma, Harvard University Law School’s WilmerHale Legal Services Center, as she teaches the process for helping veterans apply for a discharge upgrade.
