It has been two years since the Young Lawyers Section first asked Justice Robyn Brody to provide insight into how the Idaho Supreme Court was adjusting the operations of Idaho’s courts due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
There have been many changes over the course of the past two years with maybe even more to come as new variants of COVID reach our state. Justice Brody will again provide bar members with insight into how the Idaho Supreme Court has reached its decisions what is anticipated for the court system as we hopefully near the end of the pandemic.
