Join the Idaho State Bar Government and Public Sector Lawyers Section in learning from some of Idaho’s most experienced and dedicated public sector attorneys and public servants. It is certain to be an exciting morning as Idaho’s newest Supreme Court Justice Colleen D. Zahn discusses her first year on the Court and shares her tips for government practitioners. Next, a panel will discuss the expectations for government attorneys as advisors. Then, we will have an important discussion about the unique statutory challenges that government attorneys face from practitioners at the city, county, and state levels. Finally, Idaho Attorney General Lawrence G. Wasden, Idaho’s longest-serving Attorney General, will share his reflections on the past twenty years representing the State of Idaho.
