Join the Idaho State Bar Professionalism and Ethics Section for a discussion on common challenges to promoting a diverse and inclusive environment in the legal profession, and best practices to overcoming those challenges in individual workplaces, the courtroom, and beyond.

The session will include an interactive workshop component in which presenters will have participants work through common hypotheticals of challenging workplace and courtroom scenarios.
