The Department of Health and Welfare presents the processes and treatment of clients pursuant to Idaho Code §§ 18-211 and 18-212 from the time of an evaluation request to termination of commitment. The presenters will review state statistics and discuss Health and Welfare’s oversight, capacity, and current treatment options. This information will be helpful as the Department and members of the Bar continue to improve our joint efforts at serving this population.
