The Office of Administrative Hearings was established in 2022 with a goal to the citizens, businesses, and state agencies of Idaho by providing independent, efficient, and unbiased hearings of contested administrative cases, and facilitates the opportunity for parties to resolve their disputes through alternative dispute resolution.

This presentation will provide a brief background of the agency and will discuss its current status in regard to its operations and types of cases handled, as well as a peek forward to upcoming changes to OAH and other updates.
