Artificial intelligence or “AI” is the hot topic for nearly all industries including the legal industry. While it may offer some innovations with increased productivity, automation, and the magnification of human senses and abilities that will be transformational in the medical realm, it is fraught with legal issues. This session will focus on issues innate with AI including infringement on intellectual property and copyright and what every lawyer should be thinking about when assisting their clients who may be using AI in their work or business.
Speaker: Bradlee R. Frazer, Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley, LLP
