Join us as we kick-off Pro Bono Week with a CLE presented by Idaho Legal Aid Services attorney Cassandra Cooper designed to prepare attorneys to help vulnerable tenants defend unlawful detainer actions. The presentation will discuss the relevant statutes, potential defenses, illegal evictions/lockouts, and provide practice tips learned on the frontlines of evictions.
