This CLE presents three panels of discussion regarding admission of scientific evidence and working with experts in federal and state courts.  Justice Gerald Schroeder and David Metcalf will present perspectives and lessons from the courts; Dr. Robert James and Kevin Schilling will offer insight from the experts' point of view; and David Lombardi, Deborah Ferguson, and Newal Squyres will share experiences and tips from the practitioners' perspective.
